Damn you girls have been busy, I can't keep up...

Love the idea of the birthday theme, with toys as the exchange, but as a former M&G committee member, I would agree that they should get to pick the theme & exchange item, as it's definitely part of the fun of planning.

It's almost Spring Break here--only 2 days of work left and then I'm off to DLR. Granted it's not the same as the Girls trip, but I am in definite need of some time away and if I can't be with the Divas, my boys are a good second choice!

I don't think so. It sounds like Katie was asked to participate on the hunt team, so if she accepts she won't be on the MandG team. Not sure who else is interested.

So far it appears we have Mel, Trudi, and possibly Katie if she accepts. So just one more? And maybe a "back up"?

Yes, I'm going to be on the Scavy Hunt committee this year. I'm mixing things up a bit . Mel also mentioned Jessica since she has fabulous photog skills .

Also, I'm more than willing to help bring stuff for the M&G if most of the committee ends up being non locals .

My only problem if I do end up on the SH committee would be that I'm a 6 hour drive away, lol. Might be a bit challenging for getting together to run through stuff although I definitely don't mind coming down for a couple of days

I believe in the past, the Scavy Committee usually meets up on one weekend and gets most of the items done. So it may work out .

Jessica yes I am the one that came to Jelly Belly with my mom and my two girls!!

And just fyi a lot of the divas have had little mini meets during different weekends in Oct when various groups have gone to the Mickey's halloween party so I was hoping to hook up with some like I did in 09. Hopefully maybe it will be the same weekend that you and your cousin come!! That would be so fun!!

I want to do the family fun run also but unfortunately our finances aren't in a place where I can do a whole lot of trips right now and so our trips are going to have to be few and far between if any. I am just grateful for the few we are getting and esp if I can go on the diva trip next year!!

Everything is sounding fun and I am good with whoever and whatever you guys decide. Whenever you guys come to a final decision mom and I are in for whatever. Mom's birthday is 2/26 so it will be during the trip next year like it was last year so of course I think the birthday theme would be lots of fun for her but whatever you guys decide is fine with us either way!!

It would be so fun to see you again. I am so sad that I missed the last two trips but SO happy that I will be going on this next trip and to also have opportunities to see all the Divas throughout the year. Soooo are The Bachelor and American Idol the official COOL shows for the Divas to watch cuz um I am sitting here watching Operation Repo. Does that make me uncool?

I would love to be on the M&G committee However, if there are other ladies who have expressed interest and have been more active on the trips in the past, I don't want them to miss the chance. That being said, I'm volunteering if there is a need.

BTW, I am not opposed to furry handcuffs or anything of the sort..just sayin. Haha
