Ditch FEA FP for Soarin' 11/13?

Booked FP for my group(6, 4 yo and my mom and me) for 8:15pm Sunday 11/13, it was the only time available that day and even that week. It's a must do, but I really don't want to wait an hour+ for it. My mom is there to attend a wedding (we are just tagging along) and her friend also has a group going to Epcot.

Other members of family booked FP for Soarin' at 12:15pm same day, would love to go as a group. Trying to decide

a. Keep FEA FP 8:15 as is, otherwise waits will be much longer
b. swap my whole family of 4 to the Soarin', roll the dice on standby at FEA that day or another day during our stay
c. or just swap my mom and daughter as my 4yo isn't tall enough for soarin’ anyway, so I'd have to ride share

things to consider
11/13 is 2nd to last day of F+W festival, so bigger crowds, but maybe not so many kids?

I'd keep your FPs as they are. We were there on a really slow day last month - walk up at all the F&W kiosks and Standby for FEA was 75 minutes.

It will be easier and faster for your family to Standby Soarin' with a Rider Swap pass so Adult #2 and Kid #1 ride on the Swap.
