Distance between resorts

We are staying at the POFQ. We are planning on having dinner one night at the Concourse Steakhouse (Contemporary). Is there a map of the entire WDW area that shows where each Hotel is in relation to the other?
We need to know how long to expect for travel time to get from point A to point B.

I wanted to make sure you knew that there are not buses that run from resort to resort.

Unless you have a car you will need to figure the best way to get to another resort. For instance to get to the Contemporary you could take a bus to MK and then walk or take the monorail to the Contemporary.

Last year we stayed at CSR and had Ressies for
Breakfast at O'Hanas.
We went to MK and then to the Monorail
which dropped us off at Poly Resort.
The 1st stop is the CR.
It took us around 45 mins. to do all of that.
This year we have several Ressies at different resort so
we will get plenty of practice getting around using
WDW transportation.
Just give yourselves enough time and it should be fine.

The easiest way to get there is to take the bus to MK and then walk, about 5 min to the Contemporary. When you are dropped off at MK, before you get to the the gates, there is a brick pathway on your right (the monorail will be over your head). Just walk along there. You will cross the street where the buses come and go to MK. If you have any questions you can ask your bus driver or the guys in the both at MK.
