Distance around the World Showcase Lagoon...?

Does anyone happen to know the distance around the WS lagoon? Just wondering how far a walk it is if you do the whole loop...

Not sure exaclty, but I know I've read that it's between 1-1.25 miles around the entire loop. We usually give up halfway and end up taking the Frienship across the lagoon.

The World Showcase Lagoon covers 40 acres. Surrounding it is a 1.2-mile promenade.
