Hello, I noticed a couple people have used this company to order somewhat customized shirts. Well I figured I would give them a shot and created and ordered a custom tank top and shirt for our honeymoon to surprise my fiance with along with some Disney Dollars that I boght from the Disney Store.

I even ugraded the shipping to Prority (2-3 days). I finally get the package on Wednesday and there was only the tank top in it! Also no packing slip. So I emailed the company and asked if it might be coming seperately because there was no packing slip and it may have been 1 of 2. My sister thought it was odd also (she watched me open the package since I was excited to show her what I ordered).

Their reply was that the shirts are parked one inside the other...well I saw no tshirt only the tank top and got charged for both on my SEFCU check card which works kind of like a credit card but comes right out of my checking. I even tried the tank top on and no tshirt was found! :confused3

They have NO phone number and I am thinking about returning the tank top for my money back. I feel like I have been jipped! :sad2:

They have replied with the same comment twice and it is aggravating. I am very annoyed that when I put $50.00 towards a gift that I do not receive both products and it ruined a surprise!

PLEASE do NOT order from them and spread the word.

I am sorry you had a bad time. Every time I get tempted to order from them I seem to see a problem like yours announced on the boards.
 

Thank you for the info it was EXTREMELY helpful! I called them and talked to customer service...my voice was shaking b/c I wanted to cry...but pretty much told him that they ruined my Valentine's Day gift for my fiance!!! :mad:

The guy said he would have it printed tonight/today...not sure of time difference from cali to ny.

I got his extension number also. That is the last time i deal with them!! I hope people will see my post and think twice before ordering from them!

Word of mouth gets around! :earboy2:

Glad that you got through to them and they are at least sending you out the shirt.

Time difference between NY & CA... CA is 3 hours behind NY
 
I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience, and although I think it is okay to tell other people, I think you also have to keep in mind that not everyone's experience is the same.

I ordered 10 t-shirts from Zazzle about 3 weeks ago; I received ALL ten shirts, in less than a week, and they were all perfect....

So, see, not everyone has a bad experience. It is just like WDW. Some people go and have a horrible experience, while others go and think it's the best. Every company can make an initial mistake; it will be in how they handle it, now that you've notified them, that is the true test of their caliber.

JMHO.
 
Thanks again for the info, I had 6 shirts on order tonight, but got called away, didn;t finish the trans.

All I can say, if you ordered, and didn't get it, that sucks and dispute the charges.

We encourge that at my compnay, if you feel ripped (no we don't lose).
 
Thanks for the replies. It just angers me that when I spend the extra money for upgraded shipping and I did not receive both of my items. It's not often you get married and for my fiance and I going to WDW is not going to be something we can do every year with money being tight.

I asked about the packing slips and the customer support guy said that in case it was a gift. I asked him what happens if someone received a gift from someone else and they had a similar problem like mine...withut a packing slip they would never know they should have received two apparel items instead of one. In my honest opinion they could atleast do a packing slip without prices or grand totals on it so people atleast know what they are receiving or should be there.

I had a problem similar to yours with Zazzle and will never order from them again. I even had the person I spoke with tell me he never told me he'd sent out my order next day shipping when they screwed up. It took me about 2 extra weeks to get my shirts and then they were wrong!

Try cafepress.com. Their site is similar to zazzle, but so far people haven't had any problems with them.
