DIS'rs Choice

OK, Guys!! I've been mulling this over for 2months now. It's about time I turned to you all to make the final decision!! Here it goes: 8 nights, split between 2 resorts ready?

CBR/Yacht Club (concierge-garden)
or
CSR/Poly (concierge-garden)


OK Now if those were your choices (keep in mind it's ok to switch the mod between the deluxes)

Please give me opinions-never stayed at any of these choices. no one in the family cares which 2 I choose----I'll leave the vote to you. Thanks you guys are awesome!!!

Hi Neighbor I would choose CBR / Yacht Club for sure.
The pool at The YC is the best one on property, and the location is so close to EPCOT. It should take you only 10 minutes to walk over to EPCOT. In my opinion, both The Beach Club, and the Yacht Club also has the best breakfast buffets. Don't forget
Beaches and Creme for burgers and ice cream. Also I had THE best burger at The Dolphin Fountain, just a tiny walk away from The Yacht Club.

When are you going, and what are the ages of the kids?

All good choices. I guess I'd go by price, if there is any difference.

But then, I really do prefer CSR to CBR (based on the pool), and only if there is no convention at CSR. As for the Deluxes, I have a soft spot in my heart for the Poly, and always will. But then again, the Concièrge services at YC are outstanding, and the mega-pool, Storm-Along Bay, is amazing!

Ok then, after careful consideration, I vote CSR/YC, unless there is a convention at CSR in which case I'll change to CBR/YC.

Either that or price it out and take the best option; they're all good combinations!

You can't go wrong...I've stayed at and loved all 4 resorts.

Seems to me that if a "tropical" flavor is important to you (I'm an upstate New Yorker too and I know it's important to ME!), then go with either CSR or CBR and Poly...all 3 "do tropical" wonderfully well. Then again, if you want to vary themes, get your tropical fix from CSR or CBR (I'd vote CSR for overall beauty of the resort) and then go to YC.

With kids that age I would choose ...
CSR / Yacht Club
Because of the pools.

ALL good choices. This one would be a hard one for me.

But I like CSR better because of the pool/coffee makers in the room/a definate difference in theme from the Poly-Yacht Club/it doesn't share buses with any other resort.

Yacht Club......the concierge is one of the best Disney has/close to Epcot/best pool on property/close to Boardwalk stuff.

I've always dreamed of staying at the Poly.....but it is nice to be so close(walking) to Epcot.

In the end, I think you can't go wrong with any of them.

CSR/YC - I agree the pools are the best, and I've heard wonderful things about the Concierge at YC. We stayed a CSR and really liked it. The theming is fun. It's our favorite moderate.

I would go CSR- Poly. We absolutely love the poly and chose csr for our resort for our upcoming trip. Plus. being at the poly means being closer and on the monorail line to MK.

I'd say CSR & Poly too!!!! Both have great pools.
