I have made 3 calls in the last 24 hrs to DINE and they show no availability for the Luau when they put me under a dining plan (category 2 & 3). When they change us to prepaid, they could book us. However, prior to adding the DP, I already booked CRT, so I already have $600 out holding that res (which will get refunded), I am not excited about shelling out another $600 for the luau and waiting to get that refund. (10 ppl)
Has anyone seen/dealt with/resolved this? Would a call to IT help? Suggestions?
