Disposal of Trash

Our first stay is in 2 weeks , can't wait.

I've read tips on the boards about bringing coffee and filters (thanks for that one), and some say bring extra trash bags. This question occurs to me. If we get T&T on day 4, and assuming (hello!) that we fill a trash bag before 4 days are up, what do we do with it?

Is there a designated location (garbage room/chute???) to take it to? Or does it just pile up in the room? Does anyone take it and sneak it into the garbage bins that are located around the resort?

For the hotel style DVCs, there are trash rooms on every floor. For the community style DVCs, there are trash rooms for every building. There usually is a regular solid waste can and a recyclable can (soda bottles, cans, newspaper, etc). You'll have two types of trash cans in your villa, too.

What we found as far as trash and trash bags go at SSR is:

There is roll of bags in the bottom of the cans. So when you take out a full bag, there are additional bags underneath.

The trash rooms are located on the 1st floor near the ice machines. There are recycling bins as well as the usual trash containers.

At this point, can't speak of other resorts.....

They were clearly marked at AKV when we stayed about a month ago. The rooms were clearly labeled.
