I started a shot glass collection about 5 years ago...realizing that they were much easier souvenirs than photo frames (and cheaper!) I currently have them displayed on my window sill in the kitchen, but I'm quickly running out of room. Plus I can't tell which ones are in the back.
Here's what it currently looks like:
Is there anyone out there who's come up with a good way to display them? I found a case online for $180, which seems pretty steep to me! Any other suggestions?

All my cabinets go right up to the ceiling and I'm not sure shelves in the kitchen would work...but I like the idea of the shadow boxes.
I don't collect them to be cool. I collect them because I like it, and it is an inexpensive souvenier.
I was thinking glass shelving across your windows, far enough out so the window/s can still be opened and closed, and of course set so you can actually access the operating device.
(Please, I'm a 25 year old female, no kids, who loves anything Disney...doesn't that scream cool to you?
