Disney PhD sails on the wonder. I am going to post the WDW part of the trip here, and link the cruise trip report.

This will be our last trip for 2007, we won't be back until May 2008.
The plans 2 nights at CRS, before the cruise while out AP are still good (expire the day we get on the boat.) 4 night wonder, and then 1 night at SSR to rest before flying home one week after we started.

The cast.

DH, 35
Me (DW just turned 36.)
DD Anna 6 years old
DD Lily 2 years old (3 in Aug.)

SIL (cindrelly31 on Dis)
BIL
their DD 1 year old
and her DS 16 years old.

In our get there early tradition we woke at 4:00 to head to the airport by 5:30. We were there a little late, but all was fine. Smooth flight and the girls were pretty good. At the risk of giving too much information let's just say do to a series of unfortunate events my underwear was deemed unwearable and I ended up having a Commando day in a whole new way for much of the day. When using DME, pack an extra pair! :rolleyes1 I know I will. I know TMI, but this really was one of the funniest parts of the and the butt (pun intended) of most of our jokes. :lmao: Who says I can't laugh at myself? :rotfl:

We got to CSR with no issues, our room wasn't ready, but my SIL was so they switched rooms for us (as SIL was on a flight a few hours behind us.) The rooms were connecting and on the 1st floor (good since SIL has an ankle injury.) We unpacked, sun screened up and headed out for the bus stop. We had really great bus luck the whole trip and we were at Epcot shortly. Evidence of the Flower and Garden Festival was everywhere. They were also pulling out the Piratepirate: stops for this year (I think Pirates 3 coming out soon has something to do with it.) It was around noon. DH headed to Soaring for fast passes and I went into Electric Umbrella to grab food. Last trip we ate there and it was a pleasant meal. Not so much this time. The park was busy crazy with kids in blue shirts. Apparently is was elementary graduation week and there was groups of 5th graders everywhere. For the most part they were as well behaved as could be expected for that age group, but it was still pretty crazy. Not having DDP this trip is was time to do some sharing. It works out pretty well for the 4 of us to share 2 adults meals, so that is what we did. After a few bathroom trips (what were we thinking potty training the 2 year old before the trip?) we headed off the living seas.

This was the longest line we have ever had for Nemo. It had all the kick backs open, but it was moving at a decent pace. We did get stuck behind a man in a scooter who did a pretty good job with all the twists and turns. I was still pretty surprised they had him maneuver it with that. It wasn't easy to follow with 2 small kids on auto pilot, they just wanted to walk and it is rather speed up, stop fast with those things. When I commented he was doing a better job with it then I could, I think he insulted me (something about women drivers) but I wasn't about to let anything bug me now. Lily loved finding Nemo. The line for turtle talk was too long for us (we only had a half day at Epcot this trip.) We checked out a few of the F&G set ups. Very cute, going to Epcot in May is always worth it. They colored flowers and got some seeds and plants to take home. We headed over to Mexico to check out the new ride. Wow, a line for Mexico. That was new. We chatted with the couple form England in front of us. They did a good job, kept all the good things about the ride, and added some fun stuff. Nothing special, but very nice and fun.

Time for the 1st Mickey bar of the trip (but not the last.) Lily (dairy allergic) got a istacadozy and we enjoyed them as we walked back into FW. Turns out Anna is still too short for MS, and the line for TT was long. We really thought the kids would fall asleep on SE, and Lily did for around 5 min, but woke as soon as we got out in the sunshine. Seeing as it was past nap time and she had been up since 4:30 am we were pretty shocked. We headed in inoventions for some email post cards and to play in there some.

When we got to the Land we decided to eat dinner there. After I got the food it became clear that some kid had gotten sick all over the floor. I avoided it, but wish I hadn't seen the kid who had gotten sick running around and casing his friends, scaring them with vomit all over him. (maybe it was just a kid who got in the way, I don't know, don't care.) I decided then and here my kids were never going on a field trip like that at such a young age if I wasn't there with them. Hello, you are sick, sit down. :scared1:

It was time for our FF for Soaring. DD and DH rode while DD and I wondered around outside. Lily loves the seagulls at the seas so we went back to admire them. It was there DD had her 1s and only accident. It really took her by surprise (1st one in many weeks.) Luckily I did bring spare undies for her (and change of clothes.) We did make a lot of commando jokes though.

Since we had been up so early we decided to call it a night and head back so we don't have to bad bus ride home at closing. A bus was there waiting for us. The girls sang songs on the way home. It was very cute. When we got back SIL and BIL were there and we all got changed and headed over to the pool. We had a great swim and then back to the room for rest. The pool is very fun there, and they have a great playground and sand play area for the kids too. We tucked both girls in the same bed (1st time for this and all slept well.) I did wake once during the night to find them both sideways, with big sisters feet on top of little sisters head. They both seemed very unhappy that I moved them. They were comfortable that way I guess. :rolleyes1 Tomorrow we go to MK.

BIL and SIL were only spending 2 days at the parks and wanted to go to MK with some friends who were also going to be at WDW after we got off the boat. They headed out to MGM this morning, while we woke and caught the bus to MK. We got there shortly after opening and rode Dumbo 1st (tradition.) It was sunny and warm (but not too warm.) The crowds weren't too bad and we were having a great time We made the rounds around FL and used fast pass to skip most lines. We also wandered into Tmw land. We had lunch at LTT (no PS.) and then over to Country bear (that Lily loved.) She was tired and fell right asleep in the stroller (no nap yesterday and she did say she was going to take one today.) DH and DD went off to use the FP for BTM. I wandered the shop near there. It was crowded and there already was a couple (man and wife) in the rocking chairs playing hand held video games while a child in a stroller napped. I decided we were out of there. I walked out adventure land, but I was worried about my hot sweaty sleeping child so I ducked into a shop and found a spot under a fan. I looked funny just sitting there with a stroller and sleeping child, but it worked well for us. When I felt she was cooled down enough I talked on the cell with DH who was out of BTM, but they were going to Pirates and then magic carpets. I said we would meet on mainstreet and I headed out to do real shopping, the Emporium. I found some things there and then found a nice seat on Main street to wait for the parade. I noticed while shopping I didn't have my room card with me, (but did have my Visa.) So I called DH and told him to head over to LTT again and ask if I left it there. He came a few min later, saying they didn't. I went over to Guest Services while he waited with the kids and had it canceled. (they were very helpful.)

We had a short wait until the parade, and then we headed over to tomorrowland. We saw the Monster laugh floor, and it was funnier this time then in March. After was TTA and then buzz (fast pass). We rode pooh (fast pass) and played in the playful spot where Anna got very wet. She asked later if I had a change of clothes for her. Silly girl, that is a question you ask before you get soaking wet. Of course I did. We changed her and headed over to toon town so DH and DD rode Goofy while I shopped with Lily. I found the Ariel doll that Anna had lost in Jan and I was not able to replace in March because they were all out. Of course I had to buy it. Of course Lily wasn't leaving with out something equal for her. We ended up with a tinkerbell doll for her. I joined them at the play area where DD was happy to see her new doll. We had a Jasmine, belle and Aurora one we got in past trips already, so we were getting quite the big soft princess collection.

We had dinner at Columbia harbor house (always yummy.) Saw Tiki room and rode the magic carpets, the line for JC was getting long so we decided to leave and pack up, tmw we sail and we told the girls they could swim and play at the playground tonight. Nice relaxing bus ride home, there was one waiting for us at the stop. Great bus luck this time.

The girls played at the playground and we soaked in the hot tub before calling it a night. I didn't feel like packing, that would have to wait for the morning. We tucked the girls and the 5 princesses in bed and had a good nights sleep. :tinker:

I can only imagine how terrible it must have been to have to spend the whole first part of your first day of vacation uncomfortable going Commando! :headache: But still, at least you got on the plane and made it without any major issues - like missing your flight! That would be WAY worse than missing your undies!

We always seem to have some sort of issue when we eat at the new Sunshine, it never fails. I don't know what it is. But the food there really is good.

It's too bad about Lily's accident, poor thing, she was probably so in the moment with her seagulls that she forgot!

That's funny about Anna and Lily, with the feet on the face. It makes me think of little puppies, how THEY sleep so comfortably all over one another. That would have been a cute photo (Did you capture it?)

First I have to say that I am so jealous and would give ANYTHING to be soaking in a hot tub at WDW right now! :cloud9:

Sounds like you had a good MK day, and sounds like the "Blue Shirts" didn't follow you there!

I can't wait to read about the cruise. I'm trying to talk DF into going on the DCL, he's not for it or against it. I'm curious to read how you liked it.

Too funny and you are right, going commando in a whole new way was the least of our issues, so I called it a good day! It made for some great jokes between DH and me too. :lmao: This wasn't only underwear issue of the trip either, I will leave it at that until the last day of cruise.

I think it was the seagull excitement that got to Lily too.

That is just what it was like, little puppies. They were so excited to sleep in the same bed too. I was worried, Anna is a roller, but it all worked out.

and now for pictures! :cool1: :thumbsup2

Loving your TR! The pictures are adorable (as usual!) and I love their princess doll collection! WOW!

Off to read your cruise portion....

THANKS!

Thanks guys.

I just remembered part. Shortly after we got to Epcot we saw Bill, the man who worked on the dream squad. He was walking very fast with a group, or we would have said Hi. We had a long talk with him in March about how we were there with out the kids, we would of loved to some him the kids. Oh well. I guess he was on a mission to make a dream come true. He said last time he got to give out the 2nd night in the castle.

The pics are adorable! I love the one with Anna holding up Lily! They look like they get along so well, you are so fortunate! They will probably be the best of friends! It makes me wish I had a sister!
