Does anyone know when the Dispecable Me Ride will be open?

Can't wait til we know. We are going to plan a trip next summer when we know the opening date. Hopefully I will win the contest on FB and get a free stay! LOL!!!

We are going next summer, staying at disney and visiting Universal for a day to do Harry Potter and my daughter wants to go to studios to do despicable me. We are probably crazy to think we can do both in one day, but it depends when it opens if I get 1 day both park tickets or not.

You can totally do both in one day. But you won't get to do much else! Can you swing the 2 day tickets and stay one night onsite to get two days of FOTL passes? That would make sure you get just about everything in!

That's going to be tough since the two attractions with the longest lines will be: WWoHP and Despicable Me...if it's open when you go. Both will eat up lots of time. I think you should spend two days if at all possible then you won't have to rush around trying to see everything. If you can't...stick to the attractions you know you want to do.
