I have a 6 month no interest promotion for a Disney vacation on my Chase visa. Is there a way to pay this directly without paying off my regular balance first?

By law, the credit card company has to apply your payments to the balance carrying the highest interest rate. So, they have to pay the other charges before they apply payment to charges made under the promotional rate.
