Disneyworld site...

What is going on with the disneyworld site? I am having a really hard time bringing the crazy thing up. It's kind of hard to even look for availability if the crazy thing won't even come up. It seems to me that Disney makes plenty of money to be able to get there site working properly!!!

Hey! I've never been able to log into the passholder's web site. I called the passholder's number the other day and the call got routed to the CRO #. I got my first ever RUDE CM. She denied the Best Rate Program for APs even existed and said Disney would never come up with a program like that. She also said she couldn't do anything to help me get into the passholders site,, refusing to even route my call to someone else. She said if I wanted to book a room she could do it and I didn't really need to be able to get into the Passholders site. Of course she also told me the current EXI code expires in late August and that there was no way I could have gotten it for my Sept trip .

Anyway I called back the next day and again my call got routed to CRO. But this time I got a very nice CM who tried to help me. I gave her my passholder number and she got right in . I tried while I still had her on the phone and again couldn't get in . She had no idea how to help me. I then e-mailed Disney with my problem and am waiting to hear from them (hopefully before all the discounted rooms for Dec 10th-17 are gone).
