DisneyWorld in November

Hi all...we are making our first trip to Orlando in November and are staying off site for 3 weeks. Wondering if anyone with DW experience can advise of some must see stuff while we are there. We are doing Disney, Orlando, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona etc. We are travelling with 3 kids aged 14, 11 and 9. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also wondering how many days we should plan to spend at Disney to see everything....we were thinking of doing a park a day and possibly a water park.....
