Disneyworld for Christmas

For Christmas we are giving our kids a trip to Disneyworld (in Feb 08). Does anyone have any cute ideas on how we can present it to them on Christmas morning?

How old are your kids? Boys? Girls?

My DD is 8. She is getting a WDW trip for Xmas, but I can't shut my piehole and I decided to tell her in late October. She fully understands that she's not getting much from Mom and Dad for Xmas, just a couple things for the trip.

I got a big-ish box from the Disney Store. I put in a pin, a few Disney Dollars, and a countdown paper chain. I said, do you know what this means? She got a HUGE smile on her face - I knew she got it - and I handed her a scrapbook sheet. I used Mickey paper and put

I found some cute stickers and used those too. I had little 'bubbles' that said

Girls Only!
We leave Jaunuary 19th for Five Days!
We're Staying at Pop Century!


She put up the scrapbook sheet and the countdown chain immediately!

I'd also consider a guide book, depending on their ages. I'm just brainstorming now... how about little toileties/toiltety case, stuff to do on the plane/car, Disney SceneIt, Disney tshirts or sweatshirts, disposable cameras. Keep looking, there's tons of great ideas floating around!

My son has talked about being surprised, but we can never do it! He knows the moment we plan it. He told me he would love to have a Pal Mickey under the tree, the park tickets and some disney dollars in his stocking. That would be his dream way of finding out.

My dd is 3 and we are going in Feb as well. I am wrapping a big box with Disney sweatshirts for the whole family, a paper chain to count down the number of days until the trip and a note from Santa explaining that we are going so she will understand. A friend of mine gave her son a huge Mickey plush that was holding a sing telling him they were going. I think someone on here is doing a scavenger hunt too. If you look back in past posts, there are some cute ideas.
