I keep trying to make a payment online and all I get is "sorry. Detail payment information is not available at this time. Please try again later." I've been trying for days. Anyone else have this issue and/or know a way around it? Thanks!!
 
I've seen lots of posts like this ever since they rolled out the "improved" website. You have 2 choices and both entail calling WDW. You can call and:

Use the automated system to make a payment
Speak to a CM and make a payment
Speak to the tech support department for assistance
 
Do you have a My Disney Experience account through the WDW site? I have to log into it to make an online payment. Although I can never remember how to do it so I always use the live chat help to show me the first steps.
 
I was wondering if they were having an issue. I was trying to book a package including free dining in September....I was just pricing a few days ago and was able to , but now when I search there are NO resorts available for ANY week in Sept. I thought that was odd....

We went last year and I didn't book until Mid -July with no problem!
 

There have been rumors that the 2014 rates will be released this week. Maybe the system is down due to this.
 
I tried to make my payment the other day, and this was driving me crazy! I have a tendency to have several browser windows open at the same time, so I would click on reservations and go to another window. Then when I would come back to the Disney window, it told me the balance was unavailable. Well, I decided to refresh my screen and sit and wait (ugh!) That time the balance came up, and I clicked on Make Payment. Then it sent me back to the log-in screen. I logged in, and then it sent me back to the My Reservations screen and my balance was again unavailable. So I refreshed again. I went back and forth a couple more times before I completely closed out my internet and tried again. I'm learning their new system is very finicky, and very irritating. It did eventually let me make a payment online, but I couldn't tell you what I did to make it happen.:confused3 I don't like making payments on the phone, don't ask me why... And then it took about 24 hours to get the confirmation email that I had made the payment - didn't like that either. Oh well. 45 DAYS!!!:goodvibes
 
I'm glad I'm not the only one. I have been making weekly gift card payments for a few months now and since the end of last week it won't let me. It tells me there is a problem with my gift card, or sorry we cannot do this at this time. Lets hope it gets fixed soon.
