Disneystore.com & snowglobes - I bit the bullet, lol....

I just had to do it! I've been looking at two snowglobes - the 20,000 Leagues because my dh has not yet gotten over Disney's closing the ride, lol, and the Cinderella's coach because that is my fave movie from childhood. They started waaaay too high at $129 each but I got an email saying they were now $49.99 and I still get my Disneyclub 10% off so I had to do it! Happy early Christmas to me and my hubby!!! Can't wait for them to come.

I know - I wish I had gotten this email before I spent a million dollars a couple days ago on the clearance sale! I can't pass this up, I've been wanting the 20k and the Gepetto since I've seen it.

waughzee, I'm not certain how but everytime I sign in, the Disneyclub discount is listed as "inactive" so I select "apply" and it does. There are a few others that have posted they still get it too. Since it almost ends up equalling what shipping costs, I'm happy.

This deal has me so tempted. My MIL loves snowglobes and loves Tinkerbell, and it's a great deal. If we weren't on a tight budget I'd get it for her in a heartbeat. She just lost her husband (DH's dad) in April and I'm sure it would cheer her up. I wish I could afford it. Maybe something will work out before the sale ends.

I broke down & bought Mary Poppins & 20K today...I wanted Mermaid but it was sold out already.
Great deals though - especially the Goofy sale for $20 off a purchase of $100 or more.

If there is anyway you can afford to get the Tinkerbell globe, do it. I bought this a few months ago at an awesome sale at the catalog outlet. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. It is a stunning globe.

My local Disney Store had some snowglobes on sale for 29.99. They weren't the same ones for 49.99 on the online store, but there were some cute ones.
