I don't buy anything from Disneyshopping unless I can get it for at least 50% off.

Since the site change I too hate the way prices go up when they do a "special".

Right now it seems the best deals are the daily deals.

I have wanted some holiday decor stuff and I'm mad I didn't order it the day they were the "daily deal" ... I keep holding out for them to go back down.

I have placed several $100ish orders with them over the last several months and I won't do anymore unless we get a GREAT sale.

I returned 2 boys shirts months ago and asked then to be exchanged for another size....never got the shirts and had forgotten about it and then saw them online again and called up and by the time I called the size I needed was all sold out. In the past when they made a mistake they'd replace it for FREE. I am not looking for free but they did nothing when I sent the shirts back.

I also returned 2 pair of PJ's and a sweatshirt about 6 weeks ago. When I call them to inquire about the status (after holding for 30 minutes), they don't know anything and say it's processing, it's shipped, etc. Something different every time. I asked them to just cancel the order and give me a refund. They can't do that. I don't know that I will ever order from them again. The customer service is HORRIBLE. And I STILL have not received by $10 gift certificate for pre-ordering Cars!

I am not carzy about them either. I don't like the look of the new site & their customer services stinks as well as the prices.

One other frustrating part is how many times I'll click on an item and THEN be told it is not currently available. Aaarrrgghhhh!!! You would think a website would know not to display anything I couldn't order or at least indicate it without making me click on the item and then find out.

Really poor design.

Yeah especially with the PJ's I can't seem to get the princess design when it's on sale
