Does anyone know the daily cost of Disney's strollers to rent at each park? We have always taken our own and are debating with taking our own again or renting Disney's, pros/cons???

We have always brought our own, more so cause my son needed a stroller that lays down some.

I have heard of others grabbing the Disney strollers and walking off with them. They just take the name plate out and toss it. Just another reason why we choose to bring our own.

Last time I was there, it was $27 per day to rent a double stroller at Disney. I'm positive the single strollers would a little cheaper, although not by much. ;)

I always bring my own. It doesn't count as a piece of luggage on the plane and we do a lot of things like outlets and Downtown Disney.

If you don't want to bring yours look at Orlando Stroller rentals (should be a banner at top of the screen you can click on). I have no desire to rent a stroller from Disney for a fortune that I have to turn in at the gate. I love it that DD can nap on the monorail, etc... when we leave the parks.

It depends on how old/big your kids are - if they are very young, and will need a stroller outside of the parks, bring your own. If they can do some of the walking, rent as needed. You may find out that you only need to rent at EPCOT and AK. DS and MK are more concentrated parks, meaning there's lots to do in one area.

One benefit of renting is that you don't have to wrangle the stroller onto the busses, and if you can go part of the day without one you don't waste that time in the stroller corrals trying to get to your stroller and then get it out of the tangle.

There is a section about stroller rentals on the DIsney World site. If you rent for multiple days it is $13 for a single and $27 for a double I believe. Took our own small unbrella one last year and it was a royal pain on the monorail, etc. Will defintely rent one this time!

We have been going to Disney for the last 3 years, boys will be 3 & 6 when we go. Our 6 year old is a little big for our Maclaren double, but I don't think he will make it walking round Disney. Also my husband HATES lugging the stroller on the buses..it is such a pain. So we are thinking of renting.

My husband doesn't want to lug the stroller with us this year so we might have to rent. I will look into the Orlando stroller rentals because while it is super convenient to rent from the parks, the price per day is not so friendly!!

I also know that Magic Strollers is supposed to be very good also. I think I have read about them more on the boards than Orlando Strollers. You can Google them, but I think their site is just www.magicstrollers.com

Just as cooper_tish mentioned, if you take the buses it is a pain with strollers, although if you drive to the parks it would make it easier if you have a little one who is asleep (would sure beat carrying them!).......

We rented from Orlando Stroller as well since there was no way we were going to pay $31 a day for a double stroller that looked that uncomfortable and barely would have fit both boys in it.

It was a a really nice stroller and the boys seemed really comfortable in it!

My dd8 used the WDW strollers and never found them uncomfortable. I never had an issue of a stroller being taken and you do put your nametag on them. My dd8's input is that the stroller has a shade that keeps the sun and rain off of your head. :lovestruc

The last couple of trips I just bought the length of stay for a double stroller and it always worked well.
