We got vouchers from AAA for a "Disney Story Time" included with our package. Can anyone tell me what this is and if an 11 would enjoy it? Thanks!

We've done the story time twice. It's in the back of Expo Hall (behind Tony's Restaurant) on Main Street at MK. You show your voucher to get in and they have a small theater where a character reads you a short story. We had the Fairy Godmother the first time and Aladdin the second. The characters do pictures and autographs after the story, so it's a good chance for one on one interaction and a good break from the park. Most of the kids there were preschoolers, though. Unless your 11 year old is really into characters, they'd probably feel too old to be there.

I wondered what it was too. We got the same thing. Do you have to schedule it? Is it the same thing as the Belle's story time that I read about in the Birnbaum book? My DD is 2, so not sure if she wil lbe into it or not. I guess we'll paly it by ear.

You do have to schedule it with your AAA agent. They do it only on certain days and you have to reserve a specific time. It's not the same as Storytime with Belle. That's in an amphitheater area close to the castle several times a day and it's open to anyone, not just guests with a AAA package. Belle tells a story and picks people from the audience to act out parts.

I was just reading something about story time and think I might have to look into it a bit more! Sounds like fun!
