Disney's Shuttle Service???

I just recently got an email from WDW that mentioned their new "Magical Express Service" that will take you from the airport to your hotel and back. I gathered that it was included if you were staying at a Disney resort. Does anyone know how it works?? Is it similar to Mears in that many groups are together, or is it a more personal service??

With this complimentary service scheduled to begin May 2005, Disney's Magical Express lets your vacation start the moment you arrive at the Orlando International Airport. This is just one more advantage of staying at a Disney Resort.
Don't bother picking up your luggage when you arrive; Disney takes you from the Orlando airport to check-in, while your luggage goes straight from the plane to your room.

I'm not sure whether all of the details have been finalized on this program since it doesn't begin until the beginning of May.
