On March 5th get ready to meet Raya a girl who's up to face her biggest challenge in Raya And The Last Dragon. As I get so excited learning about the newest Disney movies I think Raya And The Last Dragon will be a hit with Mulan lovers because the storyline is similar to Mulan. Disney+ will also offer Raya And The Last Dragon for a fee as well. Already Mattel has released Raya And The Last Dragon toys so it looks like a hit is on the way for Disney

They had a lot of merchandise ready for the remake for Mulan. Having a lot of merch planned doesn't make a hit.
For Mulan the Premier Access fee didn't really work out the way they thought, let's wait and see. I am curious but it worries me that I haven't seen a lot of trailers and promotion for it yet.

I am excited about this one as well - I've been looking forward to it for a while. Unfortunately, I don't think theaters will be back to normal by March so that may impact the movie's success.

I especially like the fact that Raya's best friend is a dragon named Sisu and as a fan of dragons I really like Sisu's design and her white and blue colors are so pretty

I look forward to this one too. There hasn't been an animated Disney flick which I didn't enjoy, only one comes to mind -- 'The Emperor's new grouve". I didn't warmed up for that one. This I'll like, I just know. :love1: :jumping1: :cheer2:

When Raya And The Last Dragon debuts on Disney+ March 5th how much will they charge to watch it? Is it gonna be the same price as Mulan was? Other things I learned was that the end title song Lead The Way will be performed by Jhene Aiko. I hope that Raya And The Last Dragon is successful and garners a huge audience

it’s 29.99same price as mulan. Don’t know if I will get it or not but it will probably be like a diabetic in a candy store knows they shouldn’t get it but probably will. Looks like it’s going to be a great movie

THat's what they said about Mulan. I was looking forward to it because of the trailers, but very happy I waited for the reviews before deciding not to buy it for a premium price.

Is Disney+ gonna have a special deal to members for watching Raya And The Last Dragon at a special discounted price on Friday? I'm curious to know

Many areas aren't even getting it theatrically, unless they have AMCs...it made my choice to wait for free easy, b/c I don't like paying $30 more per movie for D+...

We have Malco theaters here and they are carrying it. They are a smaller chain than AMC, but big in this area.

I really enjoyed this movie! Definitely more worth the $30 than Mulan was! My favorite line: “She loves my face” :)

Animation and world was wonderful but the story needed to be fleshed out somewhat more I think. Seven out of ten for me.

I just saw it. I went to the theater which was not a bad experience. There were only a handful of people there and all very distanced. I thought the movie was great - a little all over the place at first, but it started to gel pretty quickly and took off from there. It was visually amazing with some of the best animation I have seen - the water and the rain! 😵 I am not sure about the decision to add film grain, though I get why they did it. It was still pretty great overall.

I still didn't get an answer. I guess people weren't keeping a hug counter. lol

Just seen the movie last night. What a great movie. So glad we watched it on the big screen. This is the first movie I been to in over a year. Not because we were scared just because really nothing much good was playing. Plus regal was closed for most of that time. Regal wasn’t playing raya at first because Disney wanted too much money. That ended Friday raya is now playing at regal cinemas. Many good movies coming up soon at the movie theater. My regal unlimited of course wasn’t being charged but now it will be charged again. Again what a great movie. I will be watching it again when it comes out on Disney plus for free. Hopefully regal won’t be doing this again for the other Disney movies.
