Great! I haven’t been to Disney since I was a kid and have never stayed at the poly (or frankly heard of it until I started planning our first Disney trip). How old are your kids?

Our "kids" are 16 and 17. So just the right age to be a PITA this trip. Do you have young ones?

Can anyone comment on how bus service has been recently at the Poly? Have people been able to get to HS and AK early hours on time?

Is it difficult finding parking at Poly? We are staying there in august and debating renting a car. I know it costs money but I also heard that finding spots can be difficult. Anyone have experience with this?

We always have a car when we are at the Poly and can always find a parking space. We use Disney transportation mostly when we are there but do venture out in the car a few times and an always find one even if a little ways out.

Same experience with me. We don't always have a car, but when we do I've personally never had a problem with parking.
