Just went to the Halloween Party at Disneyland, had a great time.
We took a couple of photos at the photopass places. We were told that prints were going to be available for $10 at the parks photo shop on Main St. Says so right on the card they give you.
We stayed till the park closed and asked a park personnel member what time the photo shop stayed open till. The lady said that the shops on Main St. usually stay open for an hour. We went to the photo shop & a lady at the door told us they were closed, but that we could order our pictures online for the same price.
So I went home and checked online. The pictures were available, but you could only get the 8 x 10's for the $10. When I called the number at the Disneyphotopass.com, the lady got really rude with me when I kept telling her that right on the card it says, "as a special treat, purchase ANY print for $10 each". When I told her that she's going to have a legal problem with what it says and you guys don't deliver, she said she couldn't talk to me anymore and hung up on me. Nice huh?
So I called Disneylands customer service and spoke with a Karen (714) 781-7485. She was really nice and got to the bottom of it. She said she had talked to the entity that handles the online photos (I guess its Disney Florida) & had the website changed so that it will give those that hold the cards that say "any" pictures the $10 price for ANY print whether its a 5X7 or a 16X20.
So if you have one of these cards, read the fine print, and if it says "any print", then you should take advantage of the 16X20's if thats what you want.
