Disney's Non-Strategy to combat Project Tomorrow

I'm planning to see the movie, but only if it is at the AMC 24 in Lake Buena Vista.

Disney should throw together a movie about a movie maker so desperate for attention that he shoots a crappy movie inside WDW.

I just watched the trailer for the first time and I DO want to see it! It might stink but it's interesting to see my favorite happy place in a completely different light. The wannabe abstract artist in me likes that idea. And I love a good creepy/horror/suspense movie.

:thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2:lmao:

I have no interest in seeing this crap that the producers-in-hiding call a movie.

I'd love to see lugnut's idea though. ;)

This is exactly how I feel. I find it amusing how folks are getting so bent out of shape about it. If it's coming to fruition there clearly is not enough proof that anything underhanded was done here. It seems like he had every right to do what he did. I remember when this movie was originally announced I specifically set out to try to find out how I could see it. I HAVE to see it. This is my favorite place in the world and I would love to see it from this perspective.

If a feature film was shot in my home town I would also want to see that, regardless of plot, just to see familiar locales. This is clearly a low budget flick and the film maker is not going to become a billionaire from this venture. I say good for him and I can't wait to see it.

I can say that most people I have talked to about this that are huge Disney fans also want to see it. I feel no need to put my foot down and make a stand here. I just want to sit with my bucket full of diet Coke and overly salted popcorn and smile while I see this on the big screen......as terrible as it may be.

I'm also going to watch it. I'm a big fan of strange indie movie as well as a Disney geek. I get a feeling it's going to be released as VOD only and not in theatres.
