Disney's give a day site trouble

I am so frustrated. I finally found something we can do. I keep trying to sign up and there is either errors or it erases my typing! I am getting really frustrated, anyone else had these issues.???

I have to say that I found the web site very unfriendly. I had lots of problems too trying to sign my family up and finally gave up and created a new account with a new email address.
