Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

Yes if you purchase LLMP for Epcot then you must enter Epcot, and tap in to (1) of your (3) LLMP attractions to unlock LLMP part hopping, and remove the tiers restrictions.

We don't use LLMP at AK, and yes your friend is correct AK is a good choice after a MNNSHP night to start your (4) park adventure.

Just book your LLMP park for the park were you plan to go after opening AK at EE. You are also correct that the Safari i is not an EE attraction but if you hit it by 8:30 AM you should have a wait but it will not be 70 minutes. It often is a max of 30-45 at that time of the morning.

Also we don't normally purchase LLMP for Epcot either but only for MK, and HS. However with TT 3.0 we are considering purchasing LLMP on our next Epcot visit.

We do four parks in a day pretty often, although sometimes that means something borderline silly like going to DAK just to go to Nomad Lounge, DHS for a stop at Baseline, or similar. Maybe will do a ride or two, maybe not. I like DAK first, Minnie Van/bus to DHS, Skyliner to Epcot, Monorail to MK (with maybe a stop at a monorail resort lounge along the way depending on the time). I’ll let others chime in on the LL stuff, but bouncing around property all day, even if you’re not being all that efficient, is always fun to me. Although may not work that well for others.

DAK 7:30am EE the day after a full Halloween Party seems like a recipe for disaster though.
:-)
Thanks for the feedback.

I don't know how realistic EE is after a party. I never rope drop on a normal day🤣. We also have a super early flight the day before. I had to add AK in though after she said it was fake animal statues. I want FOP as she's never been and definitely the safari. At HS I want to take her on MMRR amd maybe TSM. Good call on the Minnie vans, I forgot about those. Lounge breaks may be necessary to relax and have AC.

HS has extended hours that night. I may be better off napping and going there late🤣

I am an always rope dropper (when on a solo trip) (DH is not a morning person)>

Safari does not open with EE - it usually doesn't open until park time. But going in with EE allows you to get in line at the bridge to Africa (or just beyond it). You can have your coffee (Starbucks is right there) and basically walk on the Safari as soon as it opens.

TBH I have taken a Minnie Van there, too, instead of a bus - especially if I'm tired or my ankle is flaring up :rotfl2:

How likely is it that I’ll be able to get the WL CL add on for my solo few days before my extended family arrives? I’m staying WL two nights before transferring to Pop, which is probably a bad idea 😅. When I look at rack rate rooms for my stay, there are no CL rooms available, so that concerns me a bit. I keep eyeing Contemporary and Poly who have AP rate CL available for those two nights…

You have a very high chance of getting the CL add-on at the WL. It is not advertised, the WL does not promote it at the Front desk, and now with all the online check-in bypass the Front desk talk. The add-on is only available at check-in at the Front desk, and is for your lenght of stay. Last reports were the price is still $149 per night/per room.

Sometimes a new College Program (CP) CM may not have a clue what the CL add-in is. Just ask them to check with a more experienced CM.

Thank you!

I'm torn between YC and GF for an upcoming stay with my mom. She's never stayed at either of them, and has never stayed CL. I want to spoil her a little. It's a pre-cruise stay for just one night. No parks. We're going to spend most of our time at the resort, enjoy the club, and maybe walk around a little. I love beach and yacht club. I love walking over by Epcot, sitting by SAB, the lobby, all of it. But I have a feeling my mom will feel more pampered by GF and enjoy that vibe more. She will like that theming and won't be bothered by the construction. I guess I'm just thinking out loud....but any thoughts?

I prefer YC/BC area because I enjoy walking around the boardwalk. However, if you are looking for being pampered and relaxation I would choose GF.

We stayed at the GR (main building, RPC) for my MIL's 90th birthday party and she LOVED it!

She stayed at the resort most of the time (no park time, but she did ride the Monorail!) She sat on her balcony, snacked all day, had a glass of wine, chatted with everyone as they came and went from the parks. (there were 24 of us!) She still talks about what a great time that was (she'll be 96 this year).

If she wants a rest - I'd go with the Grand. If she wants to explore, though, you'd probably want to go with the YC since there's so much around there that you can walk to.
