Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

Never stayed in one but for Lake View DVC I'd very much want to be on the 3rd floor as my top priority, 2nd floor would be a suitable alternative, but would not want to be on the 1st floor. Fortunately both the 2nd and 3rd floors have balconies in that building and you'll have good theme park views. The 1st floor view is mostly bungalows. 1st floor is nice for the "walk out" nature of the patio if that is of interest to you, but you have an arguably inferior view. I see plenty of people over on the Poly forum complain massively about having to use Lake View points and getting the 1st floor.

Have never stayed CL before. Staying at Poly in Hawaii in June. We will arrive around 11:30 am. We will be using magical express but we will have carry ons. Couple of questions:

1. Once we arrive at Poly, do we go to the Great Cermonial House or straight to Hawaii?
2. How good is Poly CL about texting when room is ready?
3. If we can pack so that all that we are carrying with us off the plane is something we would take to the Parks, is there any advantage to that (e.g., we could go straight to the parks).
3. Anything else I should know about arrival day?

Quick change to our May plans- going to stay at AKL CL instead of BWI CL. Ive been wanting to check AKL out for sometime- I was nervous for a longer trip due to distance from parks. We plan on staying at BWI CL in November/December for our longer trip. So...either way I'm excited! Hope I made a good choice. Please add us to AKL CL May 18-23.

I sent you something called a "Conversation" a while back (and one just now). I don't see my name on the list. Is there a different way to send you a message? I know we've had this new DIS format for a while but I still haven't figured out the Private Messages, I guess.

Looks like some yummy snacks during afternoon service in the BWI lounge today. After being at Poly, I love how this looks so clean / fresh!

Today is my 180 day mark so yesterday I called DSS and spoke with David who took down all of my ADRs and other requests. He told me he'd send me an email with the confirmations, and I received it about noon time today.

He was able to get all of my requests. I wasn't requesting anything particularly difficult, and he was able to get the exact times that I wanted.

1.I go straight to Hawaii since I know the way. The MB should work on the doors. If you prefer an escort look for the desk outside or go in and let them know cl and would like an escort.

2. It appears that texts have been pretty accurate this year. Many get it before they arrive. Do online check in but tell them you arrive an hour or so earlier than you expect .

3. When you get off ME you can give any bags right then to the guys outside. When you get back from park just call bell services and they will bring you your stuff.

Dd and I will get off bus, dump our bags and catch bus or mono straight away. That girl is impatient.

4. If you want to go to the lounge first I always greet the cms in the lounge . I like people to know I'm happy to be there and if waiting for my room to be ready. You can request an adult beverage if you like that. Last summer they brought ds a nesquick and pbnj while we waited, without my asking,

Think of anything else just ask.

Oh if you want a lei just ask anytime you cut through the lobby. Just tell them you didn't get at checkin and can please have one and that works every time.

Also you can enter Hawaii by the big glass doors where the cl deska are. There is another door to the right of that or you can enter on the opposite end towards Tokelau. Lounge is on the 2nd floor above the cm desks. There are stairs if you go left facing the cm desks or go right and up the elevator. There is also an outside set of stairs to the right of the main door. For 3 rd floor lounge do the same , take stairs or elevator. The bathroom is on the 3rd floor in the lounge back left corner and convenient arrival and departure days.

It's from BWI. This is from a Deluxe Room which is CL but not on the CL floor. I'll ask her about the noise.

I wish it were me, it's just my wife! Boooo! She's there for the Princess Half. Glad your family liked BWI. I've been on the fence whether it's somewhere I want all four of us to go someday or not.

I think you'll have a great time! We haven't tried CL, but we love AKL. Enjoy the planning .

She doesn't know! And she ate the thing! Lol...

To me the one in the foreground looks like turkey with some ham in the middle, with a dab of mustard on top.
