Disney's Canine Collection info

We found this piece in our house when we moved in. It was shoved in the back of a closet. It's a very nice piece, only I haven't been able to find any info on it. It's a very good condition and has the Certificate of Authenticity on the back. The seal looks as if it has never been broken. The edition size is 3500. It has a number on the back in the upper left hand corner that reads " D12-DIS-DOG-00010 ". I'm looking to find someone who knows something about this or point me in the right direction.

So since I can't post pictures being a new member, I can email them. Brief description: It has all disney canines including: Pluto his girlfriend Fifi, Goofy, Bruno from Cinnderella (1950), the Sweep Dog form Alice in Wonderland(1951), Nana from Peter Pan (1953), Lady, Tramp, Trusty, Jock, Peg and Bull from Lady and the Tramp(1955), Pongo, Perdita, and Colonel from One Hundred and One Dalmatians (1961) Napoleon and Bonaparte from The Aristocats (1970), Dodgerand Georgette from Oliver & Company (1988), Max from The Little Mermaid (1989), the enchanted Foot Stool from Beauty and the Beast (1991), and Percy from Pocahontas (1995).

It was produced in 1999. It's a serigraphy, by Anderson Printing. It also has the Walt Disney Seal on the Certificate.
