Yes, they can refrigerate or freeze items that need it. Pack cold items in their own bag and frozen items in a separate bag so that they can be tagged with your name and placed in the correct storage when you arrive. We are travelling in May we arrive at MCO at 9 am, we will be taking a town car with a grocery stop on our way, so I figure we will be at BWI about 11. I don't anticipate our room will be ready yet and have a pool day planned. If we leave our luggage with bell services, do they have refrigerator to keep things cold? This will help us determine what we buy...... TIA.

Sure, the gift shop has them.Is there any place at the BWI to buy a magic band when I arrive?
The Screen Door general store down on the Boardwalk definitely has them, and the little gift shop at the Villas end of the lobby might have some, can’t remember. Is there any place at the BWI to buy a magic band when I arrive?
I don’t know about all the rooms but ours did. Joffrey’s coffee, both the 50th anniversary pods and decaf. We were in a garden view.Staying at BWI for first time in March. Do the rooms all have Keurigs?
Yes, DVC villas have drip coffeemakers that take flat bottom filters. The coffee provided is in filter packs. Studios generally have 4 cup size, but the larger 8-12 cup size is available on request from housekeeping. On the coffee subject: what are the coffee makers in the DVC Studios?
Based on a video I saw, it looked like it was just a regular drip coffee maker?

All if the rooms on the Inn side that we have stayed in have had keurigs...Staying at BWI for first time in March. Do the rooms all have Keurigs?
It really would depend on your preference..but..the BW Inn or Villas can have very ong hallways...so I'd suggest close to elevator if you would like a high floor..or close to lobby for 1st or 2nd (this is lobby level at the BW)...btw..1st floor rooms both have such nice garden or pool views and a patio..and on the Inn side standard view can be parking /arrival area..garden or of the quiet pool...not sure avout the villas..could just be the front of the resort..About tk book a standard room for Aug any location requests would be appreciated..
Our villa stay over the summer (one bedroom villa) had the same large pot..and came with two regular and one decaf coffee pouch..Our last 3 stays in 3 yrs. at BWV, we had the larger 8-12 cup pot. We’ve never had a smaller pot there. Maybe they’ve phased them out![]()
No problem getting parking if you're staying there, especially now that they're cracking down on people parking there who aren't staying there and don't have an ADR at a Boardwalk restaurant. You might not be parking right next to the building, but you'll find a space.Parking question: if you drive/rent a car, have you ever not gotten parking at BWI? For the first time we are thinking of renting a car, since there is no more Magical Express. When I was reading about parking, I read BWI has limited mom-valet parking.

Not a problem at all now. It was during construction of the Skyliner at times as they had staging for construction in the parking lot so it blocked off a bit.Parking question: if you drive/rent a car, have you ever not gotten parking at BWI?
