You forgot to mention DINOSAUR. Yes, DINOSAUR is a Disney animated film because if you look at the Special Edition DVD all footage of the movie belongs to Walt Disney Feature Animation which would place it at #39.

I don't think Bug's Life, Toy Story 1& 2 or Monsters Inc. count because they are Walt Disney Pictures and PIXAR animation which technically isn't truly Disney in a literal sense.
