DisneyQuest food or WGP Express?

Hi all

How is the counter service food at DisneyQuest? We'll be on the dining plan. Do you recommend we eat our lunch right inside DisneyQuest, or go to the nearby Wolfgang Puck Express location on the west side? Thank you!

Disney Quest food tastes like school cafeteria food.

If you want the full experience at WPE you will need to go to the Marketplace location. The West Side menu is much smaller and there isn't any indoor seating (there may be covered seating but it isn't inside the restaurant). At any rate it would still be better than the food at Disney Quest, which is basically generic Disney fast food since Cheesecake Factory pulled out.

I've never been to Disney Quest, but I love WPE. Unless there's something you really want on the Marketplace menu I'd just eat at the West Side location.

Oh good heavens, DEFINITELY WPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No doubts about it! DO NOT eat at Disneyquest. Lol!

BUT..........gamers don't necessarily eat full meals; they just refuel on sugar. And DQ DOES have a more-than-adequate supply of that: they carry some of the Disney cupcakes. DQ is where I first had the famous Butterfinger cupcake. After you have one of those you couldn't eat a whole meal even if you tried.

DQ has 2 food areas; a full CS location on the 5th floor and a snack bar/lounge on the 4th. I forget which one has the cupcakes, but make sure you find them.

Just remember if you're going to eat at DQ (I'm not sure why you would unless you were planning on going there already) you have to pay admission or use one of your fun visit (if they're still called that!) to get in to eat!

I don't think it's worth going in just to eat, now that the Cheesecake Factory is gone, unless you're planning on spending a rainy day or night there to play games!
