This is a premium offering at Disney and they should NAIL the guest experience. Like bend over backwards, nail it! The disconnects that you describe are inexcusable.

Yup. We're heading to Disney World this fall and decided to just pay the extra for Genie+ and lightning lanes instead of doing another VIP experience. However, at Universal Studios Orlando, you better believe we're upgrading to the VIP experience. Universal's perks are SIGNIFICANTLY better than Disney's and totally worth the money.
