Disneyland Villas 2009

A Disneyland DVC rep told me last week that the DVC villas at Disneyland would open in 2009.

I haven't been able to find any good links or topics on the subject. Can anyone direct?

I thought they were due to open in Fall 2009.

I was told last month that per CA time share laws sales can not begin until the units are 90% completed. Based on the progress I saw on the extention where the units will be located that will be well into next year some time. The guide told me September of 2009 but I'm not sure if he said sales would begin around then, or that some would be ready for occupancy. Since some have been informed that point charts are coming any day now we can only hope sales will begin sooner that expected. But from what I saw it will be well into next year before they can start selling anything.
