i have my laptop an i been wanted to post pic but i can't why is that

All that you need to do is click on the image icon, it looks like a stamp that is at the top of the message, and paste the URL, so from photobucket, there is your URL, paste that, and that should work, if you have a URL contained in a photo, you can paste that as well.

for example the above picture is from your link, I simply took the address and pasted it in the insert image function, and whalah!

I don't have photobucket but I do have flickr will that work?

Photobucket is but one example of a free image web hosting site. So yes, flicker,etc. is just as good. again, all that you need is the URL address.

You can take your little micky picture and show it in your signature. For that you simply have to have it on your computer, like in my documents for example then upload it, in the signature command box. Just follow the signature prompts.
