Hello,

I'm taking a trip to Disneyland in Sept. and was wondering if there was a DVC resort over there?

I would like to rent a studio, if they're available how many points would they be?

Frank

Yes... Villa's at Grand California, You can get all the additional information you are after on the DVC members website or by calling member services.

Not only are the VGC located right near Disneyland, the Grand has its' own private entrance directly into Disney California Adventure, which is right across the esplanade from the original Magic Kingdom. Many of the Villas overlook the Paradise Pier section of DCA, others overlook the resort's pools. The resort also has direct access into Downtown Disney - and is a very short walk from the main entrance of Disneyland. The Grand was designed by the same architect who did the WL - so if you've stayed there, or just been inside it, you'll have a familiar feeling.

Once again, the Villas at the Grand Californian are DVC's REALLY best kept secret..

It is amazing hotel don't pass up the opportunity to stay there if you can! Enjoy your trip. :goodvibes

If you aren't a memeber you wont be able to log into the member website or call the number...also, if you do get to rent a studio enjoy because it really is a beautiful resort...hth

Oh and the DVC part of the resort is really small, try to get your reservation as early as possible.
Have fun!

Yes, and this same architect, Peter Dominick, also designed Animal Kingdom Lodge.

2011 points for VGC studio in most of Sept. are 17 (Su-Th) and 22 (F-Sa). Expect it's similar for this year, but small likelihood of availability -- there aren't very many units.
