Disneyland Tours - infants?

Hey all, planning to trip to DLR (amongst other places) next year. We will have two kids with us, ages at the time will be 2.5 and 7.5 - my question is, if we were planning to go on the Welcome to Disneyland, Walk in Walts Footsteps etc tours... Would we have to pay for all 4 of us, or would the little one get to tag along for free? Obviously she would not get any gifts or fastpasses etc that are featured in the tour.

Sorry, infants is probably not quite accurate. More like a toddler under 3 :)
 
I don't know about Walk in Walt's, but for the rest, yes under 3 is free. That said, Walk in Walt's in NOT recommended for young children. Discover the Magic would be a much better option, IMO.
