For the reasons you listed, plus it's the first long weekend after the 50th anniversary celebration began, the weather's nice, and the Magic is coming to San Pedro on Saturday (can you say 2500 relocation cruisers who want to extend their vacation by a day or two?).

is anyone else going???

One of the people i am going with has soft tissue damage in her ankles, so she will be using a wheel chair to get around so her ankles dont kill her at the end of the day. She is young tho. Is it going to be stressful to push her around all day in the crowds or should we take a raincheck on saturday?

We were there last weekend and Mon Tuesday of this week. We've been going the same time for the past four years. Have NEVER seen it as crowded on all four days. All three hotels were sold out the entire time. People waited up to an hour to check in on Saturday at the DLH.

We simply went to the guest services, told them we were there ...they noted it on our ressie and came back around 5pm to check in ....; only a 20 minute wait then. Not bad.

Everything was packed though. Splash Mt. had a 120 minute wait, at times. Most others were minimum of 30 minutes. Typically we waited, at the most 20 minutes, max, for the most popular ride.

Saturday - Monday will be packed to say the least!
