Hi,

I'm taking my two nieces to DL for the very first time in 3 weeks. YAAAY! (And yes, we know it's going to be super crowded, but that's the only time we can go).
We're planning on 3 days (2 in Disneyland and 1 in Adventure Park). Is it less expensive to purchase tickets online or in store or at the park? I'm trying to find the best value, since it's going to be an expensive trip o_O.
Also, it's probably a silly question, but do tickets sell out? Should I buy them asap, or can I buy them a couple of days before? I'm just afraid to buy them so early since they're nor transferable not refundable. I know that they can still not let us in if they reach capacity.

As usual I'm over thinking everything :D. Thank you!

Less worry about them "selling out" and more worry about them hitting capacity, meaning if you leave, you may not get back in.

Edited. Read to fast and didn't see you were aware of capacity :) sorry!

Thank you!!! The website saves me $60 :love2:. They also have Universal Studios tickets (I may sneak that in before they join me in LA day later:-))

Yes :-), I'm thinking we'll have to get up early to get in, but there's nothing strong coffee won't fix! Thank you :)

There are plenty of Starbucks in the parks themselves, and also in Downtown Disney.

Not sure which Hotel you picked. We can help with that also. But I like the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf located at the corner of Harbor and Katella over Starbucks, if you wanted to grab a cup before going to the parks.

Glad to hear you saved the money, I always like finding a good deal... :)

We don't have a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf near us in Sacramento, but I always seem to hear positive reviews. I may be staying at the Red Lion in March and if I'm able to slip in quickly, I'll have to finally try it out. Is there any chance they have an "order ahead" option like Starbucks?

What's worked best for me is to buy discounted Disney Gift Cards at Sam's Club ($472 for $500 card or $142 for $150) and use the gift cards to purchase tickets. Online, in Disney Store or at gate doesn't seem to matter.
