disneyland tickets print at home?

Has anyone ever done this? I want to purchase the tickets from the Disney website and it says that we can print them at home? How does this work?

You print a voucher. Take the voucher to the gates, they print you a ticket right there! Easy. You skip the lines to buy tickets, and honestly those are often the longest lines you'll encounter, if you're touring with a plan.

It works just like it says! You order online, they will send you an email with your ticket(s) attached. Simply open the files, print them (make sure you have paper and ink). Make sure the bar codes print and don't smear, as they scan those to get in to the park.

You just get in line like it's a normal ticket. Skip the ticket booths. They will scan your 8 x 11 sheet of paper (and take it) and issue you a small, blue ticket like everyone else has. You then can use it for FastPass, etc.

Hate to hijack, but if you order through DL direct(via phone), will they mail the tickets to you in your final package or do you pick them up at the gate or hotel? Or is it better to print them out at home?

I was wondering about the e-tickets too. I was thinking of doing this so I wouldn't have to pay shipping to Hawaii, and I also noticed I could use my Disney Rewards card to pay for them. Good to know others have done this and haven't had any problems so far! Good tip about checking the printer ink before you print. I never check it and usually run out or it gets too light right when I need to print something important..lol!

Well I just did it. I purchased them on-line and printed them without even leaving my chair. It was that easy and very painless. It says to present the eticket to any turnstile. You will not need to wait in Will Call or Ticket Purchase lines. No charges for shipping either!
