Disneyland ticket questions.

So going to Disneyland first time next summer. Just booked a good neighbor hotel and tickets package for all 5 of us. When I go in Disneyland app I see my hotel reservation. I do not see my park tickets. When I chatted with CM on app they stated I won’t see my tickets until 14 days before trip. Is that correct? Seems odd. She said even though I won’t see my park tix anywhere I can still make park reservations 120 days out. Does that all sound right? Don’t like not seeing my tix on site or app

We booked through Costco. Our tickets became available 4 or 5 days before the trip, but we were able to book park reservations as soon as we booked the trip (less than 120 days out). We also had a good neighbor hotel/ticket package.
