Disneyland Ticket Proof of Purchase Question

So on the Disneyland website, when I view my cart and right before I buy, it says,

Please remember the payment card(s) you use during your purchase today. As the purchaser of Disneyland Resort Tickets and Passes, you will be asked to show your payment card(s) and a valid government issued photo ID when you enter the Disneyland Parks. Failure to produce proof of purchase may result in denial of admittance to the theme parks, and/or denial of other rights and entitlements.

I am buying my Disneyland passes completely with 3 Gift Cards. Do I need to bring the zero-balance Gift Cards with me to the gate? Has anyone ever had problems with passes bought online with a gift card that you didn't bring?

Thank you.

Not likely. For the most part they've been asking where people got the tickets and the form of payment used to make them. They're really trying to counteract unauthorized resellers. The buyers from these unauthorized resellers usually have no idea how they were purchased and they may confiscate tickets or deny admission on that basis.

Of course it wouldn't hurt to bring them with you just in case.
