They use shovels, btw.

I think they could easily do Boo to You at DL. I can't think of any float, etc that wouldn't work there.

I am a Boo to You fanatic! I love the ballroom dancers...the absolute best part of the parade.

I saw character calvacade last year. I don't know why they couldn't do the HM elements of the Boo to You as the DL parade. It would bring in HM characters that are missing during Halloween. The HM part of Boo to You includes a hitchhiking ghosts float, the ballroom dancers, and the gravediggers.
