Anyone know the phone number you can call and order items you forgot to buy and they will ship them to you? I know I've done this before but can't for sure remember if it was DL or WDW. My youngest son is so very sad he did not buy the Toy Story 2 playset he was considering on our Dec. trip. He even cried quite awhile before bed last night! He has some Christmas money so I hope I can get it for him.

I've been wanting to order a few things too. What if you don't know what the SKU number is on an item you saw at the parks?

If you can describe the item and where you saw it, they can usually find it. I actually prefer going through WDW because they will ship limited food items. I know some people will say that DLR will ship food, but everytime I have asked, I have been told no. I understand that if the shipping department finds food in the package, they will refund the money and not ship it.

Thank you for the number! They are closed now so it will have to wait til monday. Anyone know if they will accept a Disney gift card over the phone? We have some left on a card we forgot to use up while there.

They will take a disney rewards card points over the phone - not sure about a gift card. I have tried emailing my order before but they always respond by giving me the phone # to call to place my order
