Disneyland railroad transit time

Does anyone know how long it takes a Disneyland railroad train to circle the park, given stops of an average length?

Took this from the trivia portion of the Wikepedia article:

Including stops, the train takes 20 minutes to circle the park.[4]

Always seemed longer than that to me. . .
