Does DLR send out PINS like WDW does?

I got one in May. It was 25% off hotel for Sun-Thurs or 15% Fri-Sat taking place within the next 30 days and the booking deadline was 9 days. I went to the park in that time frame, but did not stay in a hotel, onsite or off.

What do I need to do to get on the list to receive a PIN discount? Our next trip will be a Mon-Thurs, and it would be great to get one.
