We parked at Mickey and Friends the last time when we went to California adventure. Is this still the best place to park for Disneyland park?

Hopefully someone else will post to confirm location, but I recently read that one of the hotels/motels on Harbor will valet park your car all day, even if you're not staying there, for a set price. Seemed like a pretty good deal and it's easier to get to/from and in/out than the parking structure.

I prefer to park in the parking structure. I find it easiest to get through security there and ride the tram to the park entrance. Others prefer the Toy Story lot - I have parked there but I prefer the parking structure. I am not sure about others on harbor since I have a pass that includes parking, so I will always use that first.

There are hotels near Disneyland that offer daily parking rates if they have availability. It's best to call each and see.

I'm not a fan of any of the parking lots around Disney. On slower days when we arrive late I like Toy Story lot. Unfortunately, when it's busy the staff can get overwhelmed and you can wait awhile for a bus. Mickey and Friends is set up much better for heavier crowds.

I'm generally a "Toy Story if it's early morning", but "Mickey and Friends" if it's late in the day. It's not a scientific process at all, but it works for me.

We also sometimes have to use the handicap parking when certain family members join and for that it's ALWAYS Toy Story.

I like the Toy Story lot, but sometimes the shuttle wait can be long depending on the time of day. It just seems simpler and I like it better than Mickey & Friends because it's smaller and I don't need to deal with the elevators. We used to end up waiting ages sometimes for a free elevator because so many people want to use them at the same time, and with strollers etc not many people can ride it at once.

The elevator crowds haven’t seemed as bad since they added in the second bank of elevators on the m&f side.

Thanks! Good to know. I like the huge escalators, but couldn't use that with strollers.
