Long story short, not really.
They have a family "open the park" and I think they might do a countdown (if so, just shouted, not amplified). I think that's about it. I think it's a space issue, plus most people visiting DL are locals, who I think would be less wowed by seeing the same song and dance (literally!) every day. Magic Morning also would get in the way--most days, they allow Disney hotel guests and many others, but not everyone, into the park early. Those people go right through the turnstyles and into Main Street, Fantasyland, and Tomorrowland, while everyone else waits outside. So having an opening ceremony on those 4 Magic Morning days each week wouldn't really work since everyone who's waiting for the park to open would be stuck outside the gates!
(I did see Magic Kingdom's opening ceremonies and they were delightful though! I think Epcot's opening is more similar to DL's--if anything, Epcot's may be more elaborate.)
