Disneyland Paris transport question

WE (Wife, Me, 6yr old Son and 2yr old Daughter) are going to Disney Paris in mid-Novemebr and having seen the transfer buses previously we are thinking about hiring a shuttle car privately. Has anyone used any of the companies like Parisshuttle or Parisshuttleservice to organise a car to be waiting for them on arrival at CDG and take them to the resort?

We are wondering how reliable they are at being there when we arrive and also how much they charge as on the websites the prices seem to vary from page to page between 70 and 100 euros.

Lastly if we book one of these is there a problem with the 2 yr old because we won't have a car seat and they all say they don't supply one. Can the child sit on it's own or is this not allowed in France without a seat?
