Disneyland Paris one day

We are a family of 6 and need to know what are the must sees for a 1 day trip to Disneyland paris......we live in California so have been to the Disneyland parks tons of times and we have also been to Florida parks several times so really want to focus on what is unique at Disneyland paris....a nice grocery item list with tips would be awesome....we are going to July so i'm sure it will be hot and crowded.....

From my research (as an american who has visited DL and WDW) for our first trip to DLP we will be making sure to hit the following:

Space Mountain-outside launch and loops!
Indiana Jones-another looping coaster
Exploring the Castle-don't forget the Dragon underneath!
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad-like in theme, but longer than it's theme park cousins.
Alice's Maze-hedge maze

If you venture over to Walt Disney Studios catch Crush's coaster. Seems to be similar to the rotating coaster at Animal Kingdom but indoors with a Finding Nemo theme.

Cinemagique and Animagique are also shows unique to Walt disney Studios.


We'll be skipping Star tours as it seems it is still the older rear projection version as opposed to the newer high def lcd panel screens at DL and WDW.
